Iowa country never left. It’s just been putting in the miles.

Tyler Richton & The High Bank Boys bring their first Cedar Rapids headline show to The Olympic South Side Theater on Saturday, November 14. The Deep River, Iowa band has spent a decade working the Midwest circuit, playing more than sixty shows a year and sharing bills with Tracy Byrd, John Michael Montgomery, Craig Morgan, and Eli Young Band.

Their sound reaches back to Owen Bradley-era country, runs through the grit of the 1970s outlaw movement, and lands in today’s Red Dirt tradition. Fiddle, guitar, a road-tested rhythm section, and songs made for dance floors, fairgrounds, and anyone who still likes country with some dust on it.
