We are able to seat 250-300 people depending on chosen layout of the space. Our standing room capacity is 500.

There is free parking in the lot on the south side of our building. There is also free on-street parking around the venue, and additional parking in surrounding parking garages.

We have an elevator in our main lobby that accesses our second floor event space. The elevator does not go to our third floor mezzanine.

The Olympic South Side Theater does not provide decor, catering or rentals, but we are happy to connect you with local vendors we’ve worked with and loved in the past.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
